A public tasting of the winning wines will be held on Sunday, July 14, at SRJC's Shone Farm in Forestville.The results are in for the first annual Press Democrat North Coast Wine Challenge. After tasting 930 wines, a panel of elite judges awarded 121 gold medals, 6 Best of County awards and 5 Best of Class titles. Wineries participated from Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake, Marin and Solano counties.
